Our comprehensive service also includes the transport of your pet. For a safe journey, the travel companion must be carried on four paws in a corresponding travel box in the luggage area of the vehicle.

We would be happy to inform you of the estimated travel time to your desired destination. Our knowledgeable and competent drivers always know the best and fastest route, even with heavy traffic or construction sites. If there may be a delay on the route, you will receive a notification in advance.

Your driver will be ready on time at the agreed meeting point. Our airport transfer includes the meet & greet service upon request. Then your chauffeur will be waiting with a name tag in the terminal arrival hall on you.

No. Nevertheless, we recommend our customers to book in advance. This is the only way we can guarantee availability. If vehicles are ready for use, last-minute bookings are also possible.

A booking can be made with any other credit card with the consent of the cardholder.

We will confirm your booking via email. Only then is your booking valid.

It can take up to 12 hours to process your booking. Your booking is only verified with our confirmation by e-mail. If no confirmation has been received, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Booking is easy and online on our website at www.bjvtransfer360.com. Simply enter the desired date, pick-up location and destination and select the vehicle. Then the fixed prices for the booked routes appear.

Payment

If you pay in advance with a debit or credit card, we will send you the invoice by email at billing@bjvtransfer360.com

Our transfer prices always refer to the selected vehicle.

Our low fixed prices apply either for a trip from your pick-up location to your desired destination or for an agreed round trip to and from the destination.

Usually we drive you quickly and directly to the desired destination. If requested, we can also take a break for our customers.

For safe transport of the little ones, we provide child seats if you inform us in good time before the transfer. Children up to the age of twelve are not allowed to travel without their parents; young people between the ages of twelve and 18 require a declaration of consent from their parents

Cancellation

As soon as we have received your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation by email.

All information about the cancellation of a booking can be found in the change and cancellation conditions, which you will receive with the confirmation via email. Please note the respective notice periods in order to avoid unwanted charges on your credit card.
